for windows

press widows+r simultaneously

then a window will appear (run)

in that type msconfig

and open services and click on the check box Hide all microsoft services.

and open services 

 and click on the check box Hide all microsoft services.

now uncheck the services which you don't want .

and click apply , then press ok

and restart your computer/laptop.
